Happy 2nd New Year!

Today, is just like one of my typical Sundays.

I woke up around 7am, rushed to the bathroom before anyone else woke up, and took a shower. Ate breakfast consisting of bacon and eggs, dressed up and got ready for Church.

Who would have thought that they would be serving pancakes before the service and served them to everyone. I kept refusing the food, but in the end, I felt bad because the last person who served it to me was a 7 year old kid...

To those who are Orthodox, I hope you are having a great time with your New Years' Eve celebration. Although I'm not one, I have been invited to a friend's house earlier today, and spent a couple of hours singing my lungs outs.

Tomorrow will be my first day back at work, and if I am not mistaken, we're also starting to get ready for the incoming tax season.

I told my superior about my New Year's Resolution, and all he had to say was "I wish you the very best of luck. I've tried that when I first started with this company more than 5 years ago, and I'm still making the same resolution because I haven't succeed. *pats shoulder*" I am not sure if he meant that as a joke or if he was actually serious...

Tomorrow, I will be visiting another friend's house during her New Year celebration. I am hoping that I will be able to escape in time before anything ridiculous happens, such as, fear factor of eating random stuff while being blind folded.

In any case, Happy New Year to all the Orthodoxes out there!
